Panache SalonSpa Cancellation Policy

To best serve our guests and our staff, we require a minimum 48 hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. Our stylists are commissions based, cancellations on short notice effects their income and our ability to serve other guests. With ample notice we would be able to fill these openings with guest that are trying to get in.


To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the reserved service value. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and may affect the availability of an appointment in the future. If you need to cancel an appointment that was scheduled within the last 24 hours, it must be cancelled within 4 hours before the scheduled time. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.


Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, we will e-mail, text or call you to confirm your appointment 48 - 72 hours before the scheduled date.


Late Arrivals

Out of respect for all of our guests, guests arriving more than 15 minutes after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.


Bridal Party Policy

Our bridal packages require a 50% non-refundable down payment at the time of reservation and some packages may require additional fees. All wedding party and bridal service appointment cancellations will need to be made 30 days before the scheduled appointment date(s).


Exceptions

We understand that emergencies occur, people get sick, and other circumstances may cause you to miss your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. Please call us at 260-665-2674 and we will see what we can do!


Our Guarantee

At Panache SalonSpa, we stand by our policies. If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (power outages, national emergencies, etc.), we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
